The Jazz Performance and Education Centre (JPEC) is a very special initiative to promote jazz music in Toronto. On Wed. Oct. 26, many of Toronto’s finest jazzers will gather at North York’s Toronto Centre for the Arts (5040 Yonge St, North York subway) for a gala concert, “Jazz Goes to the Movies“. Great dress-up night for some fun music and good times. Proceeds to support JPEC’s concerts, education, and outreach programs.
Also featured for VIP ticket holders is a special exhibit, “The Oscar Peterson Folio” by photographer Mr. Al Gilbert, CM.
